REALISTIC 1:10 SCALE EXHIBITION MODEL

We have built many a model for our customers in record time. This was the case for the Breyer machine factory in Singen. They were planning to exhibit one of their special machines on a scale of 1:10 at a trade fair. After preparing the model data, all individual components were produced by 3D printing. However, 3D printing is usually not able to meet the demands for surface quality and thus visual appearance. Therefore, the individual parts had to be subsequently reworked and painted by hand. After that, the painted parts could be assembled into the model with a final width of 1.30 m.

The resulting extrusion line impresses with its realistic paintwork and many other details. These include, for example, the emergency stop switch and movable elements. Our customer was thus able to give an impressive presentation and explanation of the machines at the trade fair, even without the original.
