ADDITIVE SMALL BATCH

If the series is too small for complex tool production or if conventional production takes too long, additive manufacturing is a real alternative.

As in this case: HENNgineered manufactured 100 copies of a biotechnology component from stainless steel within 10 working days. Tool-free, but still with high precision and a post-processed surface: on the outside with Rz 15, on the inside with Ra 0.2. The advantages achieved: 5 weeks less time and 35% cost savings compared to conventional production.
