On this machine, we produce prototypes and series parts in plastic and metal. We process almost all alloys, all the way to semi-finished products that would be difficult to machine. USE CASES

FROM RAW MATERIAL TO COMPONENT

Machining is a key manufacturing process used to produce precise components from raw materials. During this process, excess material is selectively removed in the form of chips in order to create the desired geometry. The most important processes include milling and turning.

In milling, the workpiece is typically clamped firmly onto the machine table while the multi-tooth cutting tool rotates. The feed movements are carried out along the X, Y, and Z axes. This allows the production of both simple and complex three-dimensional shapes.

In turning, the workpiece is clamped in a rotating spindle and performs the main cutting motion. The single-point cutting tool carries out the feed movement, usually along the X and Z axes. This process is particularly suitable for rotationally symmetric components such as shafts, axles, or bolts.
